Registration, insurance & safety
Before the Kids programme begins, a parental registration form is required to confirm key information regarding organisation, the child’s safety and communication with parents.
Registration form
To be completed by the parent or legal guardian before lessons begin: contact details, age, emergency contacts and relevant safety information.
Insurance
Parents confirm that the child is covered by valid accident insurance and private or family liability insurance.
Personal data
The data is used solely for registration, lesson organisation, safety, communication and billing.
Photo or video consent, where required, is requested separately and is never assumed through registration.
Terms & organisation
The Kids programme runs throughout the school year, with limited group sizes to maintain teaching quality, safety and enjoyment.
Minimum 4 and maximum 6 children per group, is our preferred organisation.
